Auburn University hosts strength and conditioning clinic for young athletes

MONTGOMERY, Alabama -- Auburn University will host a Strength and Conditioning clinic for children in the fifth through ninth grade on Saturday, Jan. 28, from 9 a.m. until 4 p.m. at the Plainsman Park weight room.

The camp was created by Auburn's Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach Damon Davis to teach young athletes proper movement techniques to increase performance.

Those who attend? the clinic will receive individual and group movement instruction from Auburn's certified Strength and Conditioning coaches, a movement screening score, a sample work out plan and guidance on diet.

Registration is $125 and attendance is available on a first-come, first-serve basis.
